Following an introductory conversation, we will find the right context for a deeper dive into your project. Our objective in this stage is to understand your project goals and determine if and how we can successfully partner with you in your process. Once everyone is comfortable with the preliminary details of the project, we move into a Pre-Construction Services Agreement allowing us to begin the heavy lifting on your behalf.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Pre-construction is the process of developing a comprehensive plan to deliver your project. S2 Builders will provide input into design work as required while working through budgets, schedules, and selections to ultimately finalize a build strategy, permit ready documents, and a full contract for your project.
CONSTRUCTION
Once a permit is processed, we are ready to go. Expect consistent communication, transparent project reporting, and a professional jobsite environment involving our talented and reliable trade partners. At the end of the day, we pride ourselves in being able to deliver high caliber projects with a high level of execution.
Completion & Beyond
The transition from active jobsite to completed project is a team effort at S2 Builders. We believe the last 10% is equal in value (and sometimes effort) to the first 90%. You will see every team member pitching in to nail the final details. From scrubbing floors, to touching up paint, to handing over tidy and complete documentation regarding your build, we aim to handle our final steps in a manner that is consistent with our priorities throughout our entire process:
